Melissa Bohrer's THE FOUNDING SISTERS, about the little-known story of eight remarkable women (including Abigail Adams, Sybil Ludington--"the female Paul Revere, who took a daring ride twice as long to warn the Patriots the British were coming," and Patrice Wright, the first female spy) who helped found and form the country, to Tracy Behar at PB Press, for publication in 2003, by Noah Lukeman at AMG (NA). Bohrer is a Daughter of the American Revolution and traces her own lineage back to the Mayflower.
