Twenty-seven-year old Andrew Lyons' first novel DARKNESS IN HIM, a thriller about "a big man on campus with a beautiful girlfriend, headed for law school, who murders a girl after a drunken sexual encounter," and "the lies that follow as he tries to cover his tracks and save his future," to Jennifer Weis at St. Martin's, for six figures, by Joel Gotler and Noah Lukeman at AMG (world; strong selling efforts at Frankfurt). Movie rights have already been sold to Alan Riche and Tony Ludwig, producers of Mouse Hunt and Deep Blue Sea.
