Over the last 20 years, Bruce’s Restaurant in Great Neck, Long
Island has been widely recognized as one of the premiere bakeries in New York. Over
100,000 people a year flock to Bruce’s from all five boroughs of New York-- even from
other states. Bruce has baked for scores of celebrities, including Cindy Crawford, Bruce
Willis, Demi Moore, Heather Locklear and Christie Brinkley, among many others. He has also
baked for many talk show hosts, including Howard Stern, Don Imus, Jay Leno and Joan
Rivers. He has appeared many times on Regis and Kathy Lee, and on Rosie O’Donnell and
